HARDSHELL CLAMS

Hardshell Clams (Meretrix lyrata) are sustainably farm raised in Vietnam. The clams are packed live, cooked, vacuum sealed and frozen in their natural juices to preserve their fresh, briny flavor and tender texture. Available in 11–16 and 17–22 count per pound in convenient 10 x 1 lb cases, the clams offer consistent sizing and excellent meat fill for foodservice and retail applications. Fully cooked and ready to heat and serve, they require minimal preparation and work well in a variety of seafood dishes.
